I love the fact that Michael and I have absolutely no problems with the seemingly sudden appearance of grey hair on our heads. It's all part of the plan. You know, the "growing old together" plan.

Ellie's Parent Journal

Once a week Ellie comes home with her parent journal. Each time we get a special hand-written letter, though recently they've been for Addie rather than us lowly parents.

For October's date night, we stumbled upon an art studio. How fun is that? We're talking SERIOUS fun here.

Ellie's side of the tree looks happy-go-lucky. I think my side needs to relax and enjoy the breeze. That being said, they were made with love so they're perfect. Ellie already knows what we're going to do with them. They will have a place of honor in her new bedroom when we move into a new house next week.
