I know that this is outdated but I figured I'd finally post it just so that the information isn't lost forever.
List of things we would do differently now that we know what we know.
Put baby on a "routine" much earlier... ie Sleep, Eat, Awake (in that order)
Swaddle w/ one arm at 2-3 months
Daily bottle
Bed time routine earlier
2 Hour wake periods
put her in crib earlier (2 months) instead of swing
